While the first RTR (Ready to Rock) vehicle was released to the public in 2009, the story started years earlier. Then, Vaughn Gittin Jr began modifying Ford Mustangs for racing. Upgrades in the 2024 Bronco RTR:

2024 Bronco RTR

The Bronco RTR is anything but a base model vehicle. On top of the serialized dash plaque signed by Vaughn Gittin Jr, there’s an RTR grille with LED lighting, RTR Evo 6 or Tech 6 wheels, beefy Nitto tires, and a variety of optional upgrades that are found on the Bronco RTR ROVR. One example of these upgrades is the lighting package, which adds an RTR lightbar above the windshield with 5 Project X HP .70 lights.

2024 Bronco RTR ROVR

All of the available packages on the 2024 RTR Bronco, plus a little more, are found on the Bronco RTR ROVR. This is the ultimate off-roading machine. In addition to the performance upgrades from the Bronco RTR like the RTR rock sliders, the Bronco RTR ROVR has an RTR rear bumper and custom RTR graphics as well. Perfect for the outdoor enthusiast or anyone who wants a capable vehicle that looks great.

Off-Roading Capability

Enthusiasts of adventure will be thrilled with any available Bronco RTR. And some may be pleased to know that, in terms of performance differences between the two vehicles, one can make both very similar in terms of performance with the right package options on the Bronco RTR, when compared with the Bronco RTR ROVR, where they come standard.

While the Bronco from Ford comes standard with so many features that make it great for off-roading, RTR takes its practicality on the trail to the next level. For example, the Ford Bronco comes with a rock crawl mode. However, that’s not at its best without rock sliders to make sure you can use it to its full potential. Bronco RTR shores up these and other little issues that make the Ford Bronco less than practical for serious trail runs. The attention to detail is astounding; even the exhaust is raised to provide extra clearance on the Bronco RTR ROVR.
